Today I’m going to post this tasty, easy and fast recipe that I have decide to call “The Pizza Muffins”. These salty muffins can be an healthy snack for your kids, convenient finger food for a party and a quick lunch to bring with you to the office.
If you don’t have a muffin tray, just cook the dough in a normal pan and cut it into pieces!
Ingredients (for 8 muffins): 原料(8个松饼）
- 1 cup all purpose flour (130 g) – 130克面粉
- 2 eggs – 2个鸡蛋
- 1/2 cup provola cheese (or Gouta cheese) – 1/2 杯provola干酪
- 1/2 cup grated Pamesan (45 g)- 45 克磨碎帕尔马干酪
- 1 tbsp instant yeast – 1茶匙速效酵母
- salt and pepper - 食用盐，黑辣椒粉
- 1 onion – 1个洋葱
- 100 g bacon – 100克倍根
In a pan add 2 tbsp of olive oil and 2 of water, chop the onion and put it into the pan.首先把洋葱切碎后放在煎锅里跟2汤匙橄榄油和水加热
Cook at low heat till onion is soft (about 10 minutes). In the meantime , cut into slices the bacon and add it to the onion. Cook till crispy.用小火炒至软（大概10分钟）。 同时把倍根切片加入锅里。炒脆。
In a bowl mix together flour and yeast. 在碗里把面粉和速效酵母混合一起
In an other bowl mix eggs, parmesan, salt and pepper.在另外一碗把鸡蛋，盐， 磨碎帕尔马干酪和黑辣椒搅打及其
Add the eggs mixture to the flour. Mix together. Add the bacon and onion and at last the cheese cut into pieces. If the dough is not soft enough, add 1 or 2 tbsp of olive oil. 添加 鸡蛋混合物到面粉混合物。 搅动直到结合。添加倍根和从混合物。最后加入奶酪（切块）。
Pour 1 full tbsp of the final mixture into the muffin tray. 下落大约1大汤匙面团在松饼杯子之中的面团
Cook at 180 C for about 10 to 15 min 烘烤预热的烤箱以约180度烤15-20分钟。
This recipe is actually very cheap and fast to make. The only expensive ingredient is the cheese although the amount we will use for making this recipe is quite small.
For the bacon I used the “Elaborate bacon of yurun” the 200gr package costs only 13 yuan at Carrefour (we just use 100 gr. So only 6.5 yuan).
For the cheese, I used the Gouda cheese that I bought at City Shop and that I paid 68 yuan for a 200 gr. For making this recipe we are just going to use a ½ cup, which is 70 g of cheese, about 28 yuan.
For flour, eggs and eastern just use the Chinese brands that you can conveniently buy at any grocery store for no more than 8 yuan in total.
For the Parmesan, I bought a 200 g piece that I graded myself, for 68 yuan. We need just 1/2 cup of it, which is about 50g, so only 17 yuan.
On the Nutritional side, each muffin will provide you with:
- Calories 150 ( from fat 55)
- Total fat 7 g
- Cholesterol 61 mg
- Total Carbohydrates 14.2 g
- Protein 11g
So even if these muffins are a little high in Cholesterol, on the bright side they are pretty high in protein. Two of them are, as I said above, a perfect and balanced meal.
