I went to carrefour this afternoon and for the first time since I live here I got close to the fishmonger’s. I was surprised when I saw that there is quite a variety of see fish (and not only river fish). I bought some squids and made them for dinner.
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 250 g Squid
- 3 tbsp Flour
First of all, wash and clean the Squid
Then cut them into rings.
Cover the squid rings with flour.
In a high pot pour in some oil. Put on medium – high heat and when hot , pour in some squid ring and fry till crispy.
Plate them in a plate and dress with salt.
