Pico De Gallo is a Mexican sauce that can be eaten just like that with chips, or can be used to prepare Nachos, Tacos, and any other mexican dish you like.
It is very easy and cheap to make! Here is the recipe.
- 3 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion
- 2 springs fresh cilantro, finally chopped (use parsley if you can’t find cilantro here in China)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 fresh jalapeno pepper (I haven’t use it since I dont eat spicy food, remember?)
In a bowl place diced tomatoes, chopped onion, cilantro and salt. Mix everything together until evenly distributed. Use in you mexican dishes or add a squeeze of lime juice and serve with chips.
