Chicken rolls with mushrooms and bacon

This is the first recipe I’ve made after the break. I found it being really tasty and you don’t really need any special ingredients, just chicken, mushrooms, bacon and olive oil. Let me know if you guys like it! :)

Ingredients (for 2 servings) ):配料(约2人份量)

  • 2 chicken breasts – 2 个鸡胸肉
  • 300 g mushrooms – 300克蘑菇
  • 20 g dry mushrooms – 20克蘑菇干
  • 4 slices of bacon -4片倍根
  • 1/2 glass dry white wine – 1/2杯白葡萄酒
  • parsley, salt – 香菜,食用盐

Soak the dry mushrooms in a bowl of hot water until they get soft 泡蘑菇至变软

In the meantime wash and cut the mushrooms into small pieces.同时将新鲜的蘑菇洗干净切片

In a pan heat oil and garlic. Add the fresh mushrooms and salt. 在锅中放入橄榄油,蒜炒香。加入白蘑菇和入盐

Drain the dry mushrooms and cut them into pieces (keep the water). 将蘑菇干切快

Add the dry mushrooms and water. Cover with a lid and let cook (about 10 min), at last add some chopped parsley. 将蘑菇干放入锅。将锅盖子盖上并煮约10分钟。最后加入切粒的香菜

Cut each chicken breast in two so to have 4 thick slices. Place at the centre of each slice 1 tbsp of mushrooms (keep the remaining mushrooms).将鸡胸肉切一半,一共应该有4片。在每一片中放1勺蘑菇。

Roll the meat up. 将鸡肉片卷起。

Now roll all around the chicken roll one slice of bacon and close with some toothpick. Make sure to place one toothpick to each side of the roll so that the filling wont come out。将一片培根放在鸡肉的外面。把牙签戳进肉卷。

Place the chicken rolls in a pan with oil and garlic, let them cook from each side. Add salt. 在锅内放入适量油并烧热,然后把鸡肉卷的两面煎至金黄色。加入盐

Add 1/2 glass of white wine and let evaporate. 倒入1/2杯白葡萄菊酒,使酒精蒸发掉

Add the water where you had previously soaked the dry mushrooms and the remaining mushrooms. Cover with a lid and let cook at low heat for about 30 min. 加入泡蘑菇干的水和其余的蘑菇。将锅盖子盖上并,用小火炖约30分钟。

I’ve served the chicken rolls with some fragrant truffle risotto. YUMMY :D
