Nachos

Here we go with another Mexican recipe. As you guys know I dont really like any of the Mexican restaurants in town, so I am trying to learn as many mexican dishes as I can. My boyfriend taught me this one! Let me know what you guys think about it :D

Ingredients (for 5 servings)

  • 1/2 package of chips
  • 1/2 package of Mexian cheese mix
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 200 g ground beef
  • 5-6 tbsp guacamole
  • 5-6 tbsp pico de gallo
  • 1/2 can refried beans
  • 1/4 onion (chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3-4 tbsp enchilada sauce
  • 3-4 tbsp sour cream

In a skillet heat some oil, add mean, onion, chopped garlic and salt. Drain well.

Add cumin, oregano and enchilada sauce.

Simmer for 10 min.

In an oven tray place the chips and sprinkle the top with cheese.

Heat in the oven till cheese melt.

In the meantime heat up the refried beans.

On top of the chips and melted cheese add ground beef, guacamole, pico de gallo and some sour cream. Enjoy!
