This is one of those plate I’ve been eating since I was a little kid. It was a common dish when my grandma was alive and after her, my mom continued making this delicious frittata.
Frittata is a type of Italian omelette either simple or enriched with meat, cheese or even pasta. It is not an omelette though, as it is not served folded, eggs are beaten to incorporate as much air as possible (while the omelette is stirred with less air incorporated l) and can also be cooked in the oven instead of frying it.
Today’s frittata is very easy and doesn’t require special ingredients, therefore it’s perfect for a quick dinner after getting off work late or can even be an idea as finger food during a party
Ingredients (2 servings) 配料（约2人份量）：
- 1 big potatoes – 1 个马铃薯
- 2 eggs – 2 个鸡蛋
- salt – 食用盐
- 2 tbsp olive oil – 2 匙橄榄油
First thing, peal the potato and cut it into thin slices.Heat some oil in a frying pan and slowly cook the potatoes till crispy, add same salt.
In the meantime, in a bowl beat the eggs with a pitch of salt. Pour the beaten eggs in the frying pan with the potatoes. 同时把鸡蛋和盐均匀搅打。在炸脆的土豆上倒入鸡蛋混合物。
Slowly cook one side, then flip to the other side. 然后把煎蛋的两面煎至金黄色
You can cut it into cubes and serve it during a party, you can eat it like that with a fresh salad or even put it in a sandwich. either way it is going to be delicious! 你可以把煎蛋切成块， 配沙拉或者放在三明治。无论哪种方式，是将是美味！
