This is one of those recipes that literally takes nothing to make but it’s super tasty. I made it yesterday night and in less than 1 hour dinner was ready! It is also very healthy since it is made with tuna, tomatoes and some capers.
My mom makes it very often, and where we live (right on the Mediterranean cost) she can easily get fresh tuna. Here I had to use canned tuna but the result was pretty good!
Ingredients (for 4 servings): 配料（约4人份量）：
- 300 g linguine – 300 克 意大利粗扁面条
- 1 can of tuna (140 g) – 140 克金枪鱼
- 2 tbsp capers – 2 汤匙卡珀斯
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil – 2汤匙橄榄油
- 2 can of tomatoes (800g) – 800 克番茄
- 1 clove garlic – 1 瓣蒜
In a pot heat oil and saute the garlic. 在锅中放入橄榄油和蒜炒香
Gram the tomatoes
and sadd them together with some salt. Cover with a lid and let simmer for about 20 min. 将番茄倒入， 加盐。把锅盖子盖上并，用小-中火炖约20分钟。
Now add the tuna and capers. Keep cooking for other 10 min. 加入金枪鱼和卡珀斯。煮上10多分钟。
In the meantime boil the linguine pasta.
In a bowl dress linguine with the sauce. Then serve immediatelly 碗中倒入面和金枪鱼酱拌匀。
