To make this dish it will literally take you 15 minutes…mmmmmmm……ok 18…! It is a perfect solution for a quick dinner after a long and tiring day at work or if your children and husband are screaming and crying for food.
All you need is pork chops, lemons, olive oil, rosemary and some flour. You can serve it with a side of fresh salad or corn.
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 4 pork chops
- 1 lemon
- olive oil, salt, black pepper
First thing dust with flour you pork chop.
Drop a few tablespoons of extra vergin olive oil in a skillet and lay the pork chop. Sprinkle on top some salt, black pepper and rosemary. Cook at low – medium heat
from both sides.
When the meat is almost ready squeeze the juice on a lemon and cook for a few more minutes at medium – high heat.
Remove from heat and serve on a plate with your favorite side.
