Those of you who live in Shanghai I am sure all know the chef of Boxing Cat Brewery, Mike Solovey…well, he is a friend of mine and yesterday night I invited him over for dinner. I know, that must sound crazy and totally insane…cooking for a chef? But he is such a nice and fun guy that the good time I have with him makes me forget about how shameful I feel every time I offered him something I made.
Anyways, these Coffee Chocolate Squares are what I made for dessert. I served them with some vanilla ice cream and I think they were pretty tasty. Again, this is my opinion, not sure what Chef Mike thought about them…
You better try and let me know what you think
