Chocolate Pudding

DSC_1327

Before starting I want to share a little secret with you, something I haven’t told anyone that happened a few months ago.

In July I posted “The one ingredient – Fat free Ice cream” recipe which was quite appreciated, it was even featured in one of MadeFitTV episods.  When I first posted the recipe early in the morning I listed, as usual, all the ingredients necessary.

The list I posted was the following:

  • Rape bananas (one big banana makes one serving)
  • 1 tbsp Jell’O Gelatin Dessert (of the flavor you like)

I wrote it down then I clicked on the Publish button and I went get coffee at the coffee shop close to my office. When I got back to my desk I found an email from a reader. The emailed said:

Hi Dani,

I really like your blog and I think you are doing a great job, however in your last post you wrote “rape banana”…maybe you mean ripe? I don’t think you wanna rape bananas…or maybe yes…”

I was sooooo embarrassed that I immediately fixed the problem, emailed back the guy to thank him for his help and then I pretended all that never happened and I never mentioned it again…

But today I thought it was time to bring our relationship on the next level and open up my heart to you and retain no secrets.

Said that let’s make Chocolate Pudding now! and pls inform me if I write something FOB again.

Appreciated. Thanks!
