    Hi Dani,

I’m interested in ordering cheese as well; however, could you please explain the usage of the following cheese so I can know what to buy?
    Are they from Italy?

Mozzarella di Bufala Granarolo: 125 g/42 rmb (what is the difference of the regular mozzarella we bought at City shop?)
    Ricotta Granarolo: 250 g/ 43 rmb
    Mozzarella Bites: 1 bag of 10 bites/ 33 rmb
    Smoked Scamorza : 200g/55 rmb
    Stracchino: 100g/25 rmb

    Is freight included?

    Thanks!

    Catherine

      Hi Catherine,
Mozzarella di Bufala is a kind of mozzarella made from bufalo milk and not cow milk. Scamorza is a kind of fresh cheese that you can cut into slices and use in salads or lots of other dishes, this kind is smoked, so has a this smoky flavour. Delicious! Stracchino is a kind of soft cheese, doesn’t have a strong flavor, I like to use it in sandwitch. Ricotta, Im sure you know what it is. It’s the lighties cheese ever, it’s creamy and soft. You can use it in hundrends of recipes, on ExpactCucina I’ve already posted a lot. And mozzarella bites, well is the simple mozzarella you can get at city shop, but in small round shapes, called bites.

Hope that helps. If you need other clarifications, let me know.
