Pineapple Popsticles

DSC_0127

I made popsticles yesterday!

Pineapple popsticles to be precise!

They were good!

Homemaking popsticles is easy, healthy and fast. All you need is some fruit, popsticle molds and a blender. I bought my mold at IKEA, if you were wondering…

I’ll be making other flovours in the coming weeks so stay tuned if you wanna find out more.

Ingredients (for 6):

  • 125 ml milk
  • 250 g pineapple
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Start by chopping up some fresh pineapple

Put it in your blender

and add milk

sugar

and vanilla extract

There you go! Blend all the ingredients together for a couple of minutes or until smooth

and pour the mixture into popsticle molds

Then place the cup over each mold

Just like that

and put in you freezer for at least 3 hours.

Then you are ready to go! To Remove the popsticle from its mold, I’ve put it under hot running water for a couple of seconds

Make this this Summer!

One popsticle provides:

  • Fat: 0.5 g
  • Carbohydrates: 17 g
  • Protein: 0.9 g
