Ice cream, ice cream, ice cream
Can’t think of anything better then the 2 together!
In Italy this is a very common way of eating your ice cream or drinking your coffee in the Summer, so today to celebrate the first sunny day in 3 weeks I’ve made myself this delicious morning snack!
Ingredients (serves one):
- 3 scoops of ice cream (vanilla, cookies’ n cream, chocolate or hazelnuts)
- 1 espresso
Take the ice cream out of the refrigerator. I used cookies’ n cream flavor, but you can use vanilla, hazelnuts, or anything you like better!
Make a strong and short espresso coffee
Scoop out 3 scoops of ice cream into a serving bowl
Pour in the hot coffee
The warm coffee will slightly melt the ice cream creating a delicious coffee cream!
