This is my Easter recipe for you.
Ok, ok, I know…it’s not a real Easter dish, but it has got chocolate and it’s tasty. Plus, I have had really no time to prepare anything more “Easter Authentic”… please forgive me!
Yesterday’s market was a success, I sold everything out before closing time and met many amazing people. But I’ll tell you more about it in an other post.
Brigadeiros are populare Brazilian treats made of condensed milk and cocoa powder. It is super easy to make and very tasty!
Happy Easter everyone
Ingredients (makes 10):
- 200 g condensed milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp butter
- chocolate decors
Pour the condesed milk in a sauce pan
Add the butter and cocoa
Put it on the stove on meadium/low and keep stirring for about 10 min or until it thickens. Meanwhile grease a bowl with some butter and pour the dense chocolate mixture in it
Let it cool down. Grease your hands with some butter and using the chocolate mixture form some small balls then coat them in the chocolate decors
I’d suggest to store your brigadeiro in the fridge until ready to serve!
These were yummy!
and increadibly cute!
