Nutella Panna Cotta


I am a Nutella addict! I could incorporate Nutella in anything I eat: cookies, ice cream, French toasts, sweet potatoes…

The other day I decided to experiment again and I made Nutella Panna Cotta…you think this was good?

This was way far beyond my expectations. I loved every bite of it!

Let’s make it!

Ingredients (serve 2):

  • 250 g heavy cream
  • 4 g gelatin
  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • 50 g sugar
  • Hazelnut topping

Soak gelatin sheet in cold water for about 10 minute.

Heat up heavy cream and sugar and cook for about 15 min making sure it never reach boiling point

Take the gelatin out of the water, squeeze it and add it to the hot cream, stir well until it dissolve


In your microwave warm up the Nutella


then add it to the cream and stir well


until all ingredients are well combined.


Pour the mixture into muffin cups and refrigerate for about 4 hours. When ready to serve, gently remove your panna cotta from the aluminium cups, drizzle the top with hazelnut syrup and serve!


This was so luscious, delicious, addictive…
