Cranberry and White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Back on Christmas baking! This cookies have just the color of the Christmas holiday, don’t you think?

I made them at night so did not end up taking any step-by-step pictures, but the process is super simple, and very standard.

Here is what you need!

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, soften
  • 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 whole large egg

In a bowl of your electric mixer cream butter and sugar. Crack in the egg and mix until incorporated. Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla extract and stir just until combined.

Now add in the cranberries and chocolate chips and stir them in. Drop tbsp of dough onto parchment paper and bake in pre-heated oven at 180 C for 10-12 min.

Let the cookies cool down on a white rack before storing them!

Serve them with a cup of hot chocolate. Sooooooooo gooooood!
