Berries and Avocado Smoothie
Rich in antioxidants, healthy fats from the avocado, and slightly sweet from the honey, try this smoothie for breakfast on a hot day!
I have been loving waking up and breaking my “night fast” with a creamy smoothie. I find it perfect specially before going to swim practice at 6 am. It keeps me light but gives me all the energy I need.
This time I used frozen berries, avocado and frozen zucchini for extra creaminess and also the fats from the avocado help me feel full for a long time, some honey for ready to use sweetness and ginger!
Give this one a try
Ingredients (makes 1 smoothie):
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries!
- 1 cup frozen zucchini
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp honey (I used Alcenero organic honey)
- 1/2 lemon, only the juice
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/4 tsp hımalaya salt
- 1 cup gre3n coconut water
- 1 tsp chlorophyll powder
Gather all your ingredients
place them in a blender and process until creamy
Pour into a glass and serve!
I made and extra serving, kept it in my fridge and sipped on it throughout the day.
