These cookies are now my favorite! I just can’t stop making them and eating them! They are my new addiction. Someone please help me!
Good thing is that they are a quite sin-free treat as they are very low in fats and sugars. They are also gluten-free if you are intolerant.
Give these babies a try please!
Ingredients (18 cookies):
- 1 cup dry coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 large egg whites
- 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
In a bowl combine dry coconut, coconut flakes and sugar (if you are using any)
Give it a stir
Whip up the egg whites until it form stiff peaks
gently incorporate the dry ingredients to it
and at last add the coconut oil. Drop tbsp of dough onto baking paper
and bake at 180 C for about 10-15 min. Let the cookies cool down then serve
One of these cookies has only 59 kcal, 1.7 g fat and 2.9 g of sugar!
